Evaluation Prize Terms & Conditions


a) By completing the South West Focus Conference evaluation and going into the draw to win – One Night’s Accommodation in a Garden View Studio Villa with Full Buffet Breakfast Included for Two Guests at Pullman Resort Bunker Bay you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:

a) Information on the prize forms part of the Terms and Conditions. The Promoter for the competition is The South West Chambers of Commerce & Industry Incorporated, PO Box 739 Bunbury WA 6231. ABN: 19 063 471 343

a) The winner of the draw will be determined by a random selection and will take place on the 17th October, 2016 at Bunbury Chamber of Commerce and Industries, 15 Stirling St, Bunbury.
b) The winner/s will be notified by email and or/phone within (2) days of the draw. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence regarding the result.

b) The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
c) The prize consists of One Night’s Accommodation in a Garden View Studio Villa with Full Buffet Breakfast Included for Two Guests
d) Bookings are subject to availability. Black-out dates apply, including public holidays. Saturday evenings, School Holidays and special events.
e) Certificate number must be quoted at the time of making your booking and presented to the front desk upon check-in.
f) Certificate may not be redeemed for cash. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the certificate.
g) Your certificate is not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed so keep it somewhere safe!
h) Certificates that have been photocopied or altered in any way will not be accepted.

a) If for any reason, this competition is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition and will not enter into any correspondence.
b) The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions.

a) The Entrant, by entering the competition, releases and indemnifies the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the Entrant may have as against the Promoter, or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered by the Entrant entering or participating in the competition, or winning or failing to win any prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, or which would cause any part of the clause to be void or unenforceable.
